The comfort of a spa experience starts with how easy it is to book. In this O'SPA Sky booking guide we've brought together the most frequently asked questions, from making an appointment and changing it to using a gift voucher and getting here.
How Do I Book?
- Phone: (+90) 539 675 76 76
- WhatsApp: In writing on the same number
- Email: info@ospa.tr
- Website: The form on our contact page or the booking page
Including the following in your request speeds things up: the service you'd like, your preferred date and time window, the number of people and any special circumstances (pregnancy, health sensitivities, a celebration and so on).
Can I Walk In?
We welcome walk-ins, but there may be a wait on busy days. We recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends and evenings. Early booking is particularly important for the VIP Couples Suite and couples massages.
Opening Hours
O'SPA Sky is open on weekdays and weekends from 09:00 to 23:00. When planning a late session, please allow for the length of the treatment and time to rest afterwards.
Cancellations and Changes
For cancellations and changes, simply get in touch. Your request will be assessed according to the booking details and date, and we'll let you know. If your plans change, letting us know as early as possible helps us find you a new time and lets another guest use that slot.
Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be prepared for a specific service or any amount you choose.
- Our ready-made gift packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- When using a voucher, simply mention it when booking.
Packages
For those who want to come regularly, there are 5, 10 and 20-session massage packages and VIP packages. You'll need to book each package session as well.
Before Your Session
- Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
- Share any health information.
- To prepare, see Preparing for a Massage and What to Wear and Bring.
Special Circumstances
- Pregnancy: There are treatments suitable during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting your doctor first. For details, see our article on massage during pregnancy.
- Under 18s: Parental or guardian consent is required.
- Celebrations: If you're planning a birthday, anniversary or proposal, mention it when booking.
